During a 6-week long, mentor-guided UX course taught at General Assembly, I refined my understanding of the entire UX process—conducting user research interviews; analyzing and synthesizing data collected; creating personas, storyboards, user flows, competitive research, and feature prioritization; as well as conducting usability testing on paper prototypes I sketched and high-fidelity wireframes I designed and prototyped. I received praise from all my mentors each week and successfully completed the course.

See the full presentation in the link above, showing my process in developing solutions based on key findings from user research and usability testing.
